PROBLEM INSTALLING SIMS 4 SETUP FILE. Empty PROBLEM INSTALLING SIMS 4 SETUP FILE.

HELP! I own a laptop running windows vista and just finished downloading the Sims.rar from this site and as i attempted to install the sims 4 setup file and every time i do a message pops up saying "This installation package could not be opened. Verify the package exists and that you can access it. Or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a windows installer package. What extraction program did you use ? Please make again an empty folder somewhere. Then you MUST use the program WinRAR, to open the .RAR file of The Sims 4. And you also need to extract all contents of this .RAR file into the empty folder you created. If you don't have WinRAR, look at this site here and click on the MAGNET symbol to start downloading:
