Can't run Sims 4. [SOLVED] Empty Can't run Sims 4. [SOLVED]

Hi Smile
I instaled Sims 4 few moths ago, and played it normally on my laptop. Few days ago, i booted system on it. I since then i installed Sims 4 and get this message: Unable to start: Can’t run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video drivers are installed.
My graphic driver is up to date. What can i do?

Hello Bojana and welcome to our forum,


I'm sorry to tell you that, but most likely (with a chance of 99.9%) you cannot run the game at all, with your graphics card, because it is NOT on the list of supported cards. And in that case it doesn't matter whether your drivers are up-to-date or not. You will probably need to play with anotehr computer or use a different graphics card.

Look here, and see if your card is on the list of supported cards:

I find a solution Smile my graphic drivers weren't installed properly Smile thanks, anyway Smile
