Content Not Showing up, ultimate fix. Empty Content Not Showing up, ultimate fix.

Before anything, yes I do have origin completely closed and have applied the ultimate fix correctly. I just recently got a new computer and when i tried to download the ultimate fix none of the content showed up. No new worlds or Christmas decorations no new jobs. This is how my game directory looks, any ideas? Content Not Showing up, ultimate fix. Captur10

Have you made sure to configure your anti-virus and anti-malware program(s) correctly, as mentioned in the Ultimate fix instructions ? I wrote up some basic guidelines, on how to do that, here:

Note that - again - these are only guidelines. You may need to do additional research on your own, if you have different software. Take your time for that; there's no need to rush. Good luck for now !


P.S. after you did all of that (successfully), you should re-download the Ultimate fix and re-apply it.

Hi there, @queenmarj! Smile

Please, remember that the Ultimate Fix needs to be copied to Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. According to your screenshot, you pasted it to Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin. All of the folders from the Ultimate Fix need to be in the parent directory for them to work. So, you need to delete the folders you just copied to the location in your screenshot and paste them in the correct folder this time.
