Sorry for the late reply. The update is included in our release of Get to Work. If you add the Expansion Pack to your game, you should have the latest patch then. You can get GTW from our website here:

I now have downloaded and installed the GTW update. But I still don't think that my game is updated to version 1.5.139.1020
how can that bee? The Expansion Pack works but not the game update.

Why exactly do you think your game is not at version 1.5.139.1020...?

Look inside My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/GameVersion.txt. What number does it say there ?

That was just because I cannot find out how to build basement. I knew that it should bee passible too build that in this update but now I have found out what I was doing wrong. So the game is update to the newest version. I also controlled in gameversion document and it says that is the right version now.
