Action/Interactions queue list won't show up. [SOLVED]

So I commanded my sim to weed and tend garden but I hear the action cancel and it doesn't show up in the queue list at all. It did work on the computer but when I went to try to weed the sim sort of glitched canceled sitting down and went to standing up o.o
PS: The game at first crashed on me I found the cc mod that was incompatible and disabled it. Game runs but I get what I mention above now

Try navigating to My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 and delete the file localthumbcache.package, since that can cause issues with some people. Good luck for now !
P.S. of course, make sure that your CC doesn't interfere with your game. You may even try removing ALL CC, temporarily.
