Tried ultimate fix didnt work.

I made an account cause ive tried everything ive seen suggested and none of it works whenever i try to update using the manual patch i get a blank screen so i uninstalled everything and re installed (i restarted the computer after i uninstalled) following those instructions but now i get version 0.0.0 but most of the time the game works completely fine with all the expansions until i try to update to 1.67 then i get a empty screen ive tried regedit too didnt work ultimate fix didn't work i actually got a new problem with the version 0.0.0 thing i dont know what to do as of now any suggestions would be nice

Did you try to redownload the patch?
If your game version is 0.0.0.0, uninstall the base game, restart your pc and reinstall it. You don't have to uninstall everything. Don't place the crack yet, but try the (redownloaded) patch first.

If it doesn't work, please let us know, maybe we can arrange for one of the team members to help you fix it using teamviewer.
