Cannot talk/ring up customers Empty Cannot talk/ring up customers

I have this problems which my sims sometimes cannot talk/ring up the customers.
Not only she cannot talk to the customer, but she cannot do anything in the retail shop (cooking, sell to local bakery).
It's really annoying.

Maybe the new version of the game fixes your problem?
