Unable to go online with in The Sims 4 GTW Empty Unable to go online with in The Sims 4 GTW

Ever since I installed the newest pack, I have been unable to connect online in the game to go to the community, it repeatedly tells me cannot connect. Yes I have origin logged on, even my SN appear in the game but can't get logged in, any help please?

I just tried it myself now, and I still can download stuff from the gallery. Are you sure you followed this guide here, correctly ?

Sometimes I can't connect either, but if I try again later in the day, it usually works.
