URGENT Unable To Start

Okay so i'm just guessing Sims 4 doesn't like me. At first it said "The dynamic library "rld.dll" failed to initialize" so i downloaded the fix and the instructions and that fixed it. Then Later when i attempted to start the game it said that Origin wasn't running in the background so I installed Origin and now its saying this. [PLEASE CHECK PICTURE OR LINK prntscr.com/6xev27] The fix is already downloaded . What do i do now please help?
