Installed G2W, Origin keeps poping up Empty Installed G2W, Origin keeps poping up

I just installed the Sims 4 and the G2W pack. Everything installed correctly, but when I went to load it, Origin pops up and tells me Initialization error at start up. I've turn my anti-virus off and even deleted and re-download everything and still Origin keeps popping up. What can I do? Please help..and explain what to do like I'm a 5 year old lol. Thanks.

Please, follow the instructions in the VIDEO below and download the stuff from the link in its description at YouTube.
