unable to start ts4 : origin is currentlt not running (please help me)

sorry for posting again,
i tried it for 3 days and i still cant play this game anymore,

ive installed sims 4 base game reloaded,
make an exeption list like here

and didnt work at all,
finally, today ive uninstalled my avast,and i didnt have any antivirus anymore except windows firewall,and i already make an exception list on firewall, but this problem still popping out,
please help me,
oh,ive already make an exception list on installer and download folder,so what would can i do after that?
im using an outdated asus K45D with amd a8 ram 4gb with ati radeon dual total 2gb and windows 8.1 (now didnt use any antivirus)
im frustated.

Your anti-virus may have deleted the files that it perceived as a threat while you were still running it. That is what happened with mine and I had to re-install to get the files back. Now I just turn my anti-virus scanning off right before playing and everything works perfectly!
