Game doesn't want to open with files in "Mods" folder

When I have any file in the "Mods", the game starts, after a few seconds freezes and after a while off.
When I don't have any file in the "Mods", the game turns on normally and everything is just perfect.
I used the Ultimate Fix and nothing has changed.
Can you help me?

Hello and welcome to the forum,
What file exactly are you trying to put into the "Mods"-folder ? Maybe it's an incompatible mod, that just doesn't work.
Or do you get that with all types of custom content files, like clothing, makeup, hair, and such ?

I am having the same issue, and my mods are simply just hair, makeup, clothes, and etc. No actual game altering mods.

Are they outdated or possibly from a higher patch? Also, can you give me some examples and I'll happily try them
