Sims 4 Setup Error Message Empty Sims 4 Setup Error Message

I get this error message whenever I try to open the setup for the Sims 4 torrent, "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package." WhatDidUJustCallMe? I don't know what to do, please help?
