"The Sims 4 has stopped working...."

My game was working fine but all of a sudden whenever I try to play it crashes at the beginning loading screen. It says "The sims 4 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly." I really wanna play the game. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks in advance.

My computer is windows 8 & I downloaded my game from you guys. In case that matters.. Lol.

tried to download the sims creator demo from origin, and then run it with origin?
after that you can play sims offline. i had this problem once, don't know if i had the same message, but i had the same problem and it solved it

That didn't fix it either. 

I've been experiencing this, too. I've checked the TS4 forums and some players are also experiencing it. They don't seem to have any solution for it except an auto-save mod. I haven't tried it, but they say that it saves every sim day.

It worked before then suddenly it stopped working? I encountered this problem a while ago but turns out it was caused by a bad CC. I got rid of the CC and everything works fine. The other time I think I messed with something, but re-applying the ultimate fix fixed it for me, have you tried doing either?

I've never used any mods or anything.. So I don't know anything about that. Lol 

I've been playing for a few weeks and it's been fine until now. I have the ultimate fix & I don't have any CC. It won't even go to the game. It just goes to the loading screen and then crashes, then I get that message.

Same thing for me too, I even uninstall & reinstalled, run as administrator, ultimate fix, repair, you name it! What's going on?! smh
