The Sims 3 has stopped working.

Hello..i'm new to the forum and i really really really need your help in the same problem....first error i get is that the game starts crashing saying Sims 3 has stopped working windows is looking to fix the problem...then when i load again i have lots missing in the old game then if i try playing again and loading into my family it crashes after 30 secs...i dont know what to do i uninstalled everything i mention that i have 3 expansion packs that i cracked and the original game bought pls pls help me somehow i ve got team viewer and my skype name is magicmoonlight87
