sims 4 unable to start please help me ! Empty sims 4 unable to start please help me !

i installed the sims 4 on my computer its windows 7, after i installed it and put copy and past the sims 4 ultimate fix in the right place. The game wont startup it says cant find the accespoint from_ except1 not find in the DLL file MSVCR120.DLL can someone please help me, on the other computer i installed the sims 4 the same way and it works now on my windows 7 computer not... Sad Sad

hello i tried  to installed vccredistx 64 and x 86 the setup stopped half way and its says cannot installed the MSI package or something like that please help me... =(
