Minecraft Java.net.connect exception problem. [SOLVED] Empty Minecraft Java.net.connect exception problem. [SOLVED]

I have been playing minecraft for a few days now and suddenly i woke up this morning to play minecraft and i had this issue of Java.net.connectexception: Connection Timed out: No further information. i got this error on my other laptop aswell so i moved to this one and now i have a problem on this laptop.... is it my firewall or something? because i've tried everything possible.

SORRY IF I POSTED THIS IN THE WRONG SECTION Razz
