sims 4 quartz is becoming black... [SOLVED]

Since the last couple of days when I played with Sims 4 the latest versions that downloaded from this site, my sims's quartz is becoming black. 

Is that any way to back to normal?  

And other thing was I can't use the keyboard to control the speed of my sims, like 1 for normal speed, 2 for high speed and so on...

Hey there,

That black quartz is  a thing i have neer seen before, aswell as you numberkeys not working.

First of all you should apply the Ultimate Fix.
If its not helping or you allready did your installation may be broken,so i myself would just try a clean reinstall before searching for any Fixes (Hoping you did not delete your installation files).

To make a clean reinstall first save the saves/mods-Folder from [Your Username]/Dokuments/Electronic Arts/Sims 4 and when they are saved delete the [Your Username]/Dokuments/Electronic Arts/Sims 4-folder, so no old (maybe courrupted) settings stay. Then uninstall all Sims 4´s (Base-Game + Addon) and after uninstalling navigate to your installation-path (standart: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts) and also delete the Sims 4-folder (if its not allready gone).

To get to play again, first install the Base-Game, Get to Work ( if you want) and then apply the Ultimate Fix again.

To restore you old savegames/mods just move the Folders you saved back to there previous position.

Now you Game should work, if its not  get back to us here in the Forum.

That is actually kind of cool. I just thought maybe your Sim was reallllllyyyyy depressed. Like, super bad.
