"Load game", "Start new game" and CAS options missing from start screen. Empty "Load game", "Start new game" and CAS options missing from start screen.

So I installed the new Ultimate Fix today and wanted to start playing. I usually load a saved game (button shaped like a floppy disk) or start a new game (the plus sign button) throught the start screen at the top. On this screen there is usually also a button with a sim and a plus sign next to the big play button. These three buttons, floppy disk, plus sign and sim plus sign are not there. 

I hope I'm making sense. It definitely happened after I updated my game. I took out all my downloads to make sure that isn't causing the problem.

Sorry for the belated reply, but have you tried renaming the folder "The Sims 4", located in My Documents\Electronic Arts ? Then start up the game again and see if it lets you play it.
