Sims 3 Slow Loading? Empty Sims 3 Slow Loading?

My copy of the Sims 3 that I downloaded from you guys (which by the way thank you for providing the game and the expansion sets!) runs great, once it gets running. But the game often takes forever for it to load and save. Is this because I did not download the EA Download Manager and did not update to the latest patch, or has anyone else ever had this problem.

Hello,
Its more likely that this has to do with your pc than anything else. I'm on a pretty slow pc myself and the loadingtimes are killer.
I think 10 minutes, maybe more, before I can start playing.
It can also be caused by lots of mods or cc.
