how do u uninstall the sims 4? like everything completely gone

To do that, you can use something like Your Uninstaller! Pro to delete everything related to The Sims 4 on your PC. You can get it from our downloads server here:
https://www.games4theworld.org/downloads.html
May I ask why are you uninstalling the game? If you are having problems with it, we can try to help you with those. Only if you want, that is.
