Where can we download additional content? Is there a official sims 4 store?

By additional content, do you mean Expansion Packs/Game Packs/Stuff Packs? Those can be downloaded with the newest Ultimate Fix (:
If you mean Mods and Custom Content, I recommend ModTheSims or Sims4Updates. (Use at your own risk, any problems caused by these are not G4TWs problem)

I mean the items from the sims official store. Like it was in sims 3. Doesnt exist?

The cracked game won't access the gallery usually, some people got a workaround to fix it, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, the discussion is at the topic below.

Also note that there is no "Sims 4 store" as of now. Maybe there will be in the future, but that looks unlikely.
