what might I do for the update

I've the version 1.0.797.20 of The Sims 4 as mentionned in the installation guide
I did'nt install any expansions or updates since my first download from the forum

please what should i do to istall the updates and all the expansions available step by step please

for the first video

"he talks about the version "The Sims 4 Ultimate Fix 1.7.65.1020"

but the version available is 1.10.57....
should i repeat the instruction video and install 1.10.57 instead of 1.7.65.1020
