Sims 3 Store?

I just got a new laptop and me being the idiot I am I forgot to transfer my store content before deleting it off my old laptop. I was checking out the store content page for sims 3 and I saw you had to download it 1 month after another ugh... I looked at the forums and it said up to sometime in 2011 there was a rar or something with all the content up to then. I can't find it though, where is it?
