Tried everything but keeps failing

Hey!

So I downloaded The Sims 4 and it worked perfectly fine. I logged off and went to bed and the next day when i started up my pc, and wanted to play I got an error, of files missing (I think my antivirus deleted some stuff). I tried to use repair on the installation thing but it kept saying there was already an installation happening every time i tried that.
I checked if something was installing and that wasn't the case, I could also perfectly install and uninstall other programs. When i tried deleting the thing, same problem, said something was already installing. Eventually i got myself a programm that deleted everything from the sims 4 off my pc.
I tried downloading the RAR file again, i got it, but when i wanted to install again the  same message kept appearing. 

Can someone help me please?

Did you try restarting? That should take care of the installation message I would think.. Then if that resolves it go to the sims 4 setup thing and get that running. If it brings up the options to repair or uninstall (and one other option i forgot) then uninstall it. After that go ahead and reinstall it. Something I would recommend doing is deactivating windows defender. It kept giving me issue after issue despite following the steps in The Sim Architect's Youtube tutorial. I hope I was able to help! hi! have you tried clearing the sims4 registry itself? or installing CcCleaner? sometimes the problem might be with the registry itself. and like LeBrynn said tried disabling the windows defender. it seems that in your case the problem is not the famous origin not running error. For most cases restarting the pc actually helps with stopping 'on-going' installation process.

I've had this problem as well and my solution for it is to open the Spa Day and Cool Kitchen Stuff download. I got this about a month ago and I'm not sure if there is still access to it as a download. Anyway, I just open it with Winrar and I move all of the folder files into my Sims 4 folder under the OS (C:)\Program Files (x86). It takes a while, but I've done it twice and it works for me 
I'm positive that the games4theworld online staff (i don't know what to call them) is working on this, since it has become a pretty big problem. Again, I'm not sure if this will work for everyone. Just trying to help!
