Sims 4 game failing to load.

After installing Tiny living, I had a issue when it came to loading a saved game. I thought I had the problem solved when I installed the Global Patch. In turn I still am running into the same problem complete with this error message "Game failed to load. Error code 140:645fba83:f12362bb. It is recommended you relaunch game." Not sure what the issue is this time I am very puzzled, after I click okay it lets me continue to play normal and even able to save, but getting that message right from the start before playing my character is a bit concerning. Anyone got a suggestion?

install  The Sims 4 - "20th anniversary Hottub-Patch" [VERSION 1.61.15.1020] by ghostman , this version has fixed this loading screen issue and dont forget to change the game folder

Other than this being caused potentially by a mod, unfortunately not.

Edit: I'll also have to contradict the previous poster, you don't need to re-do any patches if you already applied the "Global Patch". This error is either caused by a mod or a broken savefile.

Unfortunately, I think you may be correct, it may be a broken save luckily I still have all my files, I just start new with my created sims. I have noticed it seems to be all sims I have placed including the original characters in the save. Plus not to mention in the start screen it does not allow me a option to load game I have to hit the play button and when I arrive in the neighborhood it give me this error with any sims old or new that are in this save. Ill keep you posted when I try it with a new save.

Well I created a new sim, and as soon I move her into a lot before going to the lot it came with the same message, I did see a in my gallery one of the houses I downloaded seems to have a blank pic and says this mod item cant be loaded with no way to delete or remove it, could this be a possible issue?

I fixed the broken gallery link. Unfortunately I am still dealing with the error code when trying to play a sim. I can now go and do edit and enter lots without the error code but I get the code when I load new and old sim characters.

Any suggestions anyone, I have discovered even trying in a brand new save, I get the same error before even getting play with my sim. Also noted when I go to build mode for any lot I do not get this error.

Sorry I can't help more in this context, but another general tip: you can always try renaming your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4-folder, and start the game, so that it generates a new one. Then go from there.
