Questions regarding lost world solutions

So I'm a regular at downloading ultimate fix, and I just download the newest Ultimate Fix.
After I copy like usual I noticed that I should move the Sims 4 folder outside Electronic Arts and so I did that.
When I played the game it starts with Game Data Loss something and so I realized it's abut the Granite Falls... But didn't got a chance to capture the Game Data Loss bubble, but I see some people got the same problem. Anyway, I stupidly Saved the game before exit so I think I cannot get back the lost world.
I tried searching on this forum but I never got the right answer for my problem since my problem only I saved the game after some error.
I tried reinstalling and recopying but it's just the same, even after I changed/erased my Sims 4 folder on Document (Like the save data and CC).
So I found a tutorial video that shows how to download Sims 4 using Torrent, and I want to try it, but It required me to download The Sims 4 Deluxe, Get To Work, and the Fix update. So the questions are :
1 : Do I really have to download the new base game, Get To Work, and the new fix to get a really new Sims 4? I still have the base game installer (the one from long ago before there were any updates) The new Fix from Ultimate Fix page. Right now I just don't have the Get To Work.
2 : How do you uninstall The Sims 4 properly before you can reinstall? I don't find the uninstall.exe or something? I used the Setup from my base game installer but whenever I tried to reinstall my old save game there were still no Granite Falls...
