No solutions worked, still kicked to map screen

I have all of the sims 4 downloads installed and they all worked perfectly until parenthood. At first I had the indefinite loading screen error so I completely uninstalled and reinstalled all of the sims 4 games. I had my anti-virus turned off. Now when I load a family it kicks me back to the neighborhood map. I tried a new game and it still happened. I dont have any mods or custom content installed. I have searched the forums but no solutions have worked.
