I have the Sims 4 disk but would like to use G4TW expansions packs

Sorry if this isn't where I'm suppose to post this or if this question was asked or explained already, but I recently just got the disk version of Sims 4 and I wanted to know if I am able to add Games4TheWorld add ons such as spa day, get to work, and etc. If I am could someone explain to me how to go bout this my sims 4 game is installed in origins games folder. I would like to add get to work and etc.
