Game Freezing in CAH Empty Game Freezing in CAH

I've installed the base game + expansions that I downloaded from the site and I followed the guidelines and everything is fine but when I try to create a household I can change a few things but then the game freezes. I'm not sure what the problem is.

I'm on a MacBook Pro osX 10.10.5.

Sorry, your topic was misplaced, so I moved it into the Mac Section. Please take a look on your Custom Content, since it might be the cause. If it was on PC, I would tell you to rename your "The Sims 3" folder inside your Documents, and try running the game again to see if the problem persists.
