Hi there! I was just wandering... We get thousands of views, lots of people coming both to the forum and the videos, and only a few of them post questions and ask for help.

So... I guess we are doing something right, and it's really cool to look at it and see that the huge majority of our users seem to be finding solutions to their problems from us, without the need of further interaction.

Even considering some repetitive requests for help on the very same points (like "origin not running"), I feel that 99% of that minority that asks for help seem to be composed of users that aren't much informed on how to handle their computers, or are too young to understand some concepts.

I think it's really awesome, even with the tricks EA put into Sims 4, most people can still come and be served, for free, without the need for support.

I wish you all a great end of week!

Glad to here! With the recent death of my grandmother (recent as... in a month ago now *sigh*)
I've not been in any help to help anyone.

My family are in the process of suing the NHS though for neglect, so hopefully something will come of what might as well be classed as murder.

I visit here so rarely, so I'm really glad help isn't needed to it's 100% extent like it usually is.
