Error 22

Everytime I try to play the sims 4 after adding the ultimate fix I get an Error 22. Game is unable to save. The game was working perfectly fine a few days ago.
Also if I open already built houses to play them, they disappear in live mode and build mode.

I tried deleting my saves folder and emptying my cache. Didn't work. A new saves folder wouldn't regenerate, it just said "out of memory."
Completely reinstalled the Sims 4 and it worked before I applied the Ultimate fix. After I applied the fix, it started saying error. I tried downloading GTW and then reapplied the ultimate fix and the fix addition and I still have the same problem.

I redownloaded the ultimate fix (with all the dlcs) multiple times.


Please help!

Are U sure that U downloaded houses to Ur version ? maybe they are for newer game version. Do U have expansion pack which is required to have this house? If U don't that's the problem. What about game without any of these stuff - have U any save problem?
