Error during startup - the sims 3

Hi!

I dl the sims 3 with all expansion pack. 
install the base as instructed.
install some expansions as instructed.
And i dl the sims ultimate fix, did everything as instructed.
When i launch it, it says error

It started working fine now after i installed another expansion. But i will definitely keep in the mind the link you provided, just in case
