More families in the same apartment house?

I have a big ˝dynasty˝ , and I dont have enough lots to place them.
Now I can place only one family in one apartment.
Have you any mod to place more families in the same apartment house instead of NPC ?

Hello again,
I moved this to the correct section. So far, I barely used apartments myself in The Sims 3, hence I can't help much with that. I'll ask @Edin ElDi for that though, maybe she'll reply here. Stay tuned !
