Where to put Medieval Pirates and Noble torrent?

Hello, I downloaded the Medieval Pirates and Nobles torrent and I'm not sure where to put the file in order to have the expansion in my game. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Thanks.

Assuming you already have "The Sims Medieval", running the setup will automatically install the expansion to the right location.

Not to sound stupid, but how exactly do I do that? The setup doesn't prompt up considering my game is already installed.

Yes it does, but I wanted to install the expansion also.

Ok, so what happens after you unrar the expansion and run setup, do you get an error?

No. I need to figure out where to put the Pirates and Nobles extracted file after it's been downloaded. When I downloaded the Ultimate Fix for the base game I just put it in the Game/Bin file in program files and it worked. Is there a certain place that I need to put it? Because after I extract the file it just stays in my downloaded folder.

You can extract it anywhere you like, that has no influence on the installation process. 
Now that it had been extracted, simply find the setup.exe and double click. The key is in the #Installation Guide.

I don't see a setup.exe file for the Pirates and Nobles torrent file...

Can you show a screenshot?

The installation guide is for the Sims Medieval base game.

It's difficult to see on my mobile, I'll have to look at it when I'm on my pc in maybe, half an hour or so.

Ok it's still difficult to make out but, from what I see here, these are not the contents of the "Pirates&Nobles" rar. There should be more files, and of course the setup.

Well, I downloaded it from the "All Downloads" page on this site...Maybe I should try downloading again..

So, what do I do after the Utorrent seeds it and everything is complete? Here's an updated screenshot.

You can now unrar the file and run setup.

While I was running setup, it asked me to place a location for the next disk "pirates and nobles.ico"...not sure what that means but when I installed the base game, I used my own purchased disc.
