Insert disk 1 with the file [random number] Empty Insert disk 1 with the file [random number]

Hello
I have been trying to install the sims 3, but everytime the game is installing i get this: Insert disk 1 with file 80269382 (or any other random number). What can i do to solve this problem? I have followed all the staps in the installation guide.

Did you happen to use winRAR to extract the files?

Ok, at which point during the installation are you getting this error?

Ok, and it's not asking you for the other disk? The base game has 2 disks, unless you've downloaded the "complete collection".

No, I just downloaded the Base game, not the complete collection. It just asks for disc 1 where a certain file would be in, but i have no idea which file it is.

Ok then, your version has 2 disks and at some point you'll have to "insert" the other disk. 
Can you show a screenshot of the window that pops up?

Ok! I'm a little taken aback that it's actually asking for a "diskette" (my game is in English), but it seems to me that you can simply mount the other ISO, and continue the installation.
