The Sims 4 Has Stopped Working Results

I don't know if the title of this topic is related to my problem, but i wanted to upload my house (a lot with 2 floors that taked from me about 3 days to finish), it was so beautifaul and looks just like "my dream house", anyway, i wanted to upload it to the gallery, but it crashes and says the message that everyone hate : The Sims 4 has stopped working, i wanted to KILL my self, honestly, please, can i recover my gameplay?

And i want to know more about this famous 0xc000007b error, i have it on TS4.exe, but not on TS4x64.exe, WTF ?

Please, i posted a topic about my CC crashes and no one replyed Why God.

Hello again @DarkMoon,

You cannot upload to the gallery anymore. Not with a pirated Sims 4 at least. When creating the lot or selecting it under "Manage worlds", click on the button "save to library" (if you can't find the option, I will try and upload screenshots the next time I play the game). After that, the house/lot that you created will be in the library.

Following that, you must navigate inside the location Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray. Then you also need to look for the files with the newest date of modification...and you can then take these files and upload them to sites like "The Sims Resource", if you want to share them. This is a bit of a hassle for sure, but again, you cannot use the gallery with a pirated Sims 4 anymore.

As for your other topic, I already replied there. Please note that nowadays, we are not so many Helpers & Moderators anymore. So we cannot reply to everything on a daily basis. But if you are patient, you will receive a reply too.

Thanks a lot @Carlos, i thinked that they are many helpers here in the forum, but anyway thank you, you was so helpful, but they are no way to recover my house (i mean my gameplay) ?

Did you save your house to your "library" ? Start your game, and open the gallery (press F4), and then look under "Library". Do you see your house there ?

And we are indeed not so many Helpers and Moderators anymore. If you need to contact one of the active team members, always look for who is actively responding to forum topics. Because some Moderators and Helpers have not been active for quite some time, so looking at things like this here does not give a correct idea about who is active and who isn't. Smile

Thanks again @Carlos, i created an another beautifaul house, because i can't found the other one on my library, what about the 0xc000007b error shown only on TS4.exe and not on TS4x64.exe ?

Hi all I'm also experiencing the stopped working error Sad

I don't know why but it only happens in live mode after around 5 or 10 minutes of gameplay. I am positively sure that I have precisely follow the instruction from this site, and I have no custom content installed Sad

Most likely that's because you did not properly configure your Windows Defender or anti-virus exclusion settings. See this guide here for an introduction:

As long as you can play with one of the .exe files, I guess it's somewhat OK though...
