Blocking Crack Empty Blocking Crack

My antivirus keeps blocking the crack! I had the sims 4 running on my computer for a while now with my antivirus off everytime I play! Now I turned my computer on and it keeps blocking it. I cannot restore it. My antivirus is bullguard

Hi. Did you try adding the folder where you installed the game to the exceptions list in your anti-virus? (e.g. C:\ProgramFiles(x86)...) That might help.

I'm not familiar with 'BullGuard', but did you see in the options something about configuring exclusions ? I.e. locations on your computer, that will not be scanned by the program ? You must prevent your anti-virus from deleting the game files, by correctly configuring these exclusions.
