The sims 4 game running sluggishly. [SOLVED]

Hello,
I was wondering if i could get some suggestions on how to improve my gaming experience. I'm finding when ever i request my sim to do an interaction it takes them longer than usual to start the task. I'm pretty sure my drivers are up to date, i play the game in windowed mode and in laptop mode even though my computer is a desktop.

Hello again,
You could try lowering the in-game resolution and/or other graphics settings. You could also try the tool "Razor Cortex" (formerly "Razer GameBooster") - google it. I would also recommend turning off this "laptop mode".
Finally, even though your game is not really crashing or freezing, I suggest you have a look at the suggestions here:

Thank you for your reply back i tried your suggestions and it helped a bit. I think since my graphics card is pretty much outdated my best bet is just to in the near future go out and buy a better graphics card. Thank you for your help

If you play on a low(er) in-game resolution and on low(er) graphics settings in general, you may be able to play the game at least somewhat decently.
