Sims 4 won't open Empty Sims 4 won't open

I downloaded and installed the base program and the ultimate fix I did all the steps and now it won't even open please help!

At first I'd suggest you move your installation folder of "The Sims 4", directly under C:\Program files. 

Then you need to have a(nother) look at this thread here, and apply the things described there on your own system. Try adding the location C:\Program files to the exclusions of your Windows Defender and/or other anti-virus software. Take your time for this step, because it's very important.

Now, you need to download Get to Work and Get together from the official downloads page here. Just copy & paste the files of these DLC packs into your install location of The Sims 4, i.e. C:\Program files\The Sims 4. When prompted, replace all existing files and folders. Also important, copy at first "Get to Work", and THEN "Get together".

Finally, apply the little hotfix, described here. Then try the game again. Good luck ! Smile
