Before installing the update my game loading quickly and ran quickly. I have all expansions excluding OL. What can I do to get my game back to it's quick ways? Can I take the update away?(BTW i updated using the ultimate fix)

Also when starting the game and looking at the version type at the bottom of the launcher its telling me version 9.0.73.012001 but how is that possible when i did the ultimate fix and there is no update(even after refreshing)

Hello,
That's the version of your entire game, 1.24 is the base game version, but patches also update the expansions as well, so that number is correct.
I don't know what's happening with your game, I've been having some lag myself but nothing significant. I don't think you can actually unpatch, but if I were you I'd wait a little while until after the Pets expansion, the issue may be solved then.

Hey.

I've been having the same problem. The game freeze then after i think 10 or 20 seconds it came back.

I think this happen because there is a new patch. 1.26.

I truly doubt that it has anything to do with the new patch, but hopefully the new patch will solve it.

The only way i fixed it was by uninstalling everything.,re-installing and using the ultimate patch. But now it runs good but one option bubble is blank(no telling what i'm clicking) and some of the in-game pop ups are blanked out...please help this is driving me insane

When you install Pets, you'll automatically have the latest version of the game.

Well now I have a bigger problem. Pets installed fine except my sims are invisible and because of that my game winds up crashing

I see. Them I'm afraid your PC might not be compatible with Pets. Pets is known for having compability issues with some NVIDIA graphic cards.
You can wait for an update from EA's side and see if that makes any difference. (Probably will take a while for a new patch to be released by EA)

I uninstall and reinstall the game but nothings change. The sims still freeze. I don't know what to do. the more it happen I feels like its not worth to play anymore. please help. Help

Problem resolved. Some custom content i had wasn't compatible.
