HELP! [SOLVED] Empty HELP! [SOLVED]

So i guarantee that this works cause it worked for me but when i installed the sims 3 university life(from here too) my game started but its very laggy but then yesterday i couldnt play it kept on saying NOT RESPONDING so i decided to uninstall everything and do this again hoping it works this time does anyone know what my problem or what can solve this i have a Windows 8 x64bit.. it seemed to work really fine until i installed the Sims 3 University Life.. PLEASE HELP

Hello and welcome to the forum @raverockers,


I moved your post to the correct section. For now, please have a look at these possible lag fixes here:

Also, download the "4GB patch" here:
http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php


And apply it to your TS3W.exe in your base game location, usually in C:\Program files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. Just double-click on that little patch file and navigate to the TS3W.exe; then select it and wait for the confirmation message that the executable has been patched.

And apply it to your own system - depending on what graphics card you have, you may need to do additional research on your own, but forcing "vertical synchronization" to ON is very important here. Good luck for now !
