"Unable to Start" Message after Ultimate Fix Empty "Unable to Start" Message after Ultimate Fix

Hello, I need help with my Sims 4. I have the original hard copy base game and installed it into my 64bit PC a couple hours ago. I then downloaded the games4theworld expansions of "Get to Work" and "Get Together" and installed them according to the instructions listed. I then applied the "Ultimate Fix" because I kept having Origin telling me it would not launch the game because it needed to be updated. To my knowledge if I update the game via Origin I would destroy the crack. So I then decided to Uninstall Origin all together hoping it would not prompt me longer to update. Upon uninstalling Origin from my PC I am getting a message reading "Unable to start. The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play." I have been working on this for a day now and have spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. I even attempted to launch the game using the TS4_x64 desktop shortcut I had created. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would just like to play my game. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to the forum @Mcrose93,

First you should also apply the little hotfix mentioned here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t21865-llama-symbols-in-newcrest-and-related-glitches-a-k-a-get-together-hotfix-please-read

Then, have a look at this topic. The fix under #2 should do the trick in mos cases. After which you try the game. Good luck !

Because you have a legit Origin basegame, your game has been updated to the newest version of the game.
The downloads do not go any further than 1.13.104.1010 whilst you are probably on 1.14 or 1.15.
The game cannot be started and must be updated via Origin.

There is however a simple trick:
Go to My Documents - Electronic Arts - The Sims 4
Open file GameVersion with f.e. Notepack
Change contents with 1.13.104.1010 and save file.
Start your game
