(Mac) The Sims 4 : Uninstall from Wineskin and Install in HDD External

Hi guys! I wish I post this in the right place. I already installed The Sims 4 base game in my Macbook using Wineskin and now I want to uninstall it from my laptop, because I want to install it in my HDD External (WD Passport Ultra). So, my I have 2 problems :
1. How to uninstall TS4 base game in Wineskin? I don't see any "uninstall.exe" or something similar inside "Show Package Contents"
2. Can I install TS4 into my HDD External using Wineskin? If I can, does it the same way as I install into my laptop?
