Sims 3 pets error... [SOLVED] Empty Sims 3 pets error... [SOLVED]

okay, so I did everything exactly as I was supposed to, but every time I try to open the game, it says sims 3 is already running and wont play...

*it actually says the launcher has stopped wrking... do you replace the original files, or just add the new ones?*

Open your task Manager. Look if got any SIMS 3 running. If got any Sims 3 program running, terminate it. And then, re-do the crack part "Copy and Paste", after that try open the game.

it starts now, and loads the game, but it won't load any of the saved games, or a new game...
