worlds in sims 3 not open

hello I have riverview , hidden springs and barnacal bay installed but they are not showing up in the game but are in the launcher as downloaded and installed but that little wooden box does not open in the launcher like it does for all other downloaded and installed items please help I have know clue what to do thank you so much for help

hello I have know idea what you are talking about maybe I didn't explain my problem right when I open the launcher it shows riverview ,hidden springs and barnacle bay in the launcher and says they are down loaded but when you go to the installed screen the little wooden box is not open so when I go to play the game they are not there to play the only worlds or towns I see are bridgeport, sunset valley and twinbrook now if you can tell me how to get them in the game I'll be very greatfull but I need it to be step by step because I will get it all messed up and mess the game up like I have already done when I down loaded some accessories and I had to install them myself I messed up so bad I had to uninstall my game and reinstall it and still I did it wrong please help

Please completely delete the not working content and then re-download and install them.

thank you so much it worked I don't know what went wrong but I had to do it with some of my downloads too but they now work

hello again I can't for the life of me get this I uninstalled like you said and reinstalled ok that worked fine got my worlds but now some of the other downloads downloaded to launcher but did not open like sims 3 store packs why would some open and others don't

hello now new problems with downloads I now get this installation failed please make sure your game has the latest software updates and try again I am about to lose it here I did all I was told now this happens they are downloaded but not installed some of the sets download out the file and others don't i don't get it how can things in the same folder download and install and others not
