Language problem

Hi, I recently downloaded the sims 4 Dine Out from Ocean of Games.
I opened it to test and it worked in english, closed it again cause i had to leave,
When i wanted to play it again later it was all in (i think) taiwanese??
I downloaded it again, and immediately it was in taiwanese, with no option of changing the language.
I asked for help from Ocean of Games but they dont answer.
I'm hoping someone here knows how to solve it?

Make sure to run the game as administrator, the first time after changing the language that way. Good luck!
