Hi,
I'm new on this forum, so if here was topic like this, please don't shout on me Smile
I have a problem with language... I can't change it from English to Polish... (all the game is in English language).
I installed game step by step and I have already folder "Language Changer" and I did everything like on this page: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t29990-possible-fix-for-endless-household-loading-screen-missing-language-strings-in-g4tw-toddlers-repack-obsolete.
Do you have any solution how to fix it?

Have you change the RldOrigin.ini in your Sims 4/Game/Bin to pl_PL under language?Also if you have install up till Parenthood, the missing languages files for Vampires+Toddlers are now included inside.

Actually I tried to change it but when I'm trying to save the changes I have communicate: "Access denied". 
Do you have any solution?

Try to delete that .ini file and replaced it with the one from Parenthood update and see if you can make the changes.

I have the same problem, can't change language, it's always english. Changing this in file RldOrigin.ini doesn't work...

Ok, finally I've changed RldOrigin.ini to PL and saved it but still I have english language...... WhatDidUJustCallMe?

You need the language-files for GP05.
They are included in update 1.30.105.1010

Hi @luthien and @lollypoop002 ,


Does downloading the newest update as suggested by Tarac changes the game language? If not, try to change the sims 4 registry as well.

  • Hold windows key + R and type regedit in the pop-up box
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> WoW6432Node -> Maxis -> Sims 4 
  • Close the registry and run the game and see if it's changed now.

    Rightclick on Locale and change to the abbreviation of your desired lanaguage.

Whatever you change in the register, it will be overruled by the instructions in RldOrigin.ini.
If you want to make changes in the register, then remove these lines from RldOrigin.ini

* update installed
* RldOrigin.ini changed
* registry changed

and still game is in english. but after this steps TS4_x64.exe "run as administralor" helps Smile problem solved Smile

Help since I dont understand much, like the rest I changed the .ini but still nothing now what i dont understand is how does it works the registry change i tried but always tells me it doesnt exist, do i need to put all the words or one by one, please someone help me

When you have changed the .ini it will not switch over to another language untill you start the game as an Administrator.
