No mods folder :'( [SOLVED]

I installed the sims 4 without an installer etc...(portable version) and i can't see the floder version!

Hello,
run The Sims 4, when you're on Main Menu exit, now check back of folder is created. It should be on path: C:\Users\(your username)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods.

If the folder is not created, you can manually create it as instructed by @simmer_tony.
The game will recognize the folder automatically.
