Sims 4 FIX (HUGE ISSUE)

Hello,the Sims 4 fix installation guide says that I need to install Microsoft office visual x64 and x86 but I already installed them during the Sims 4 base game installation process (also from GAMES4THEWORLD setup).Do I need to re-install it?Therefore I installed the Sims 4,get to work,together,and the fix yesterday without re installing Microsoft office visuals all again because it didnt make sense to me,but the game barely loaded and corrupted my computer.(It could be because my laptop wasn't powerful enough)? ...I will try it again with my new laptop,but I need to know if I have to re install the Microsoft Office Visuals all over again,and if there could be any other suggestions.Thank you!!

Once installed there is no need to install again.
